How do we prevent software obsolescence?
Every Printers Software licensee -- starting with the first one in 1979 -- is protected by our unique software service agreement. Our products are continuously being enhanced in response to customer requests, changing industry needs, and new computer technologies. Software updates are distributed automatically to all licensees with an active service agreement.
